Tech Support

We at ISD understand the importance of being able to talk to someone in your time zone about your problem. ISD provides free tech support in the Asia Pacific region for the products we recommend. If its “How do I do this?” or "Why doesn’t it work?”  then we are happy to provide some modelling assistance. Of course, if it’s a suspected bug in the software then we will have to report it to the authors.
